What is the typical MOQ for OEM orders?+
Standard MOQ ranges from 100 to 300 pieces per design depending on the category. Higher MOQs may apply for fully custom fabric development. We are happy to discuss flexibility for first-time orders.
What are your standard lead times?+
Stock items: 7–14 days. Standard custom orders: 35–45 days from approved sample. Large OEM programs: 60–75 days. Urgent shipments can often be air-freighted to meet project deadlines.
Do you provide pre-production samples?+
Yes. We provide development samples (3–10 days) before bulk production begins. Sample fees are deductible from your bulk order.
Which payment terms do you accept?+
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard. We also accept L/C at sight for established customers, and offer flexible terms for repeat OEM clients.
Can you ship under INCOTERMS FOB, CIF or DDP?+
Yes — we ship FOB Jakarta as standard, and can arrange CIF, CFR or DDP to most ports worldwide through our freight forwarding partners.
Do your products comply with EU and US regulations?+
Yes. Our garments are tested by SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas, and we provide complete EN, ANSI and NFPA technical files with every shipment.
Can you produce private-label / custom-branded ranges?+
Absolutely. ODM service includes custom fabric, fit, labelling, packaging and full IP protection. We have private-label customers in Europe, North America and across SE Asia.
Where is your factory located?+
Our headquarters and primary production facility is in Jakarta, with a second cut-and-sew facility in Bekasi. Combined capacity exceeds 80,000 pieces per month.
