How It Works
Our six-step OEM process.
1. Brief & quotation
Share your tech pack or design brief. We respond in one business day with a detailed quotation, MOQ and lead-time confirmation.
2. Sample development
First samples in 7–14 days. We iterate freely until fit, fabric and finishing are approved.
3. Certification testing
Independent third-party testing with SGS / Intertek for EN, ANSI or NFPA compliance — issued under your brand or ours.
4. Bulk production
Cut, sew, brand and pack to your approved sample. In-line QC every two hours, end-of-line audit before AQL inspection.
5. Pre-shipment inspection
Independent AQL 2.5 inspection. Customer or third-party inspectors invited at no extra cost.
6. Export shipment
FOB Jakarta, CIF/CFR or DDP — your choice of INCOTERMS. Full documentation, COO and FORM E prepared in-house.
